Fasiha White Mare, foaled 1892-1914 By Ibn Sherara ex Bint Fereyha (Aziz-Fereyha) Bred by: Ali Pasha Sherif, Cairo, Egypt Strain: Seglawieh Jedranieh Registration: not known Sometimes referred to as "Bint Bint Fereyha El Kebira". Purchased by Lady Anne Blunt from Abd el Hamid Bey Sherif, the son of Ali Pasha, on January 20th 1897. In April 1898 she was sold to M. Jacques Valensin on behalf of M. Suares. Lady Anne Blunt repurchased her again from M. Suares for the same price. Retained at Sheykh Obeyd, she died in the winter of 1914. Known Offspring: None |
