Nasik Bay Stallion, foaled 1908-1937 By Rijm ex Narghileh (Mesaoud-Nefisa) Bred by: Wilfred S Blunt, Newbuildings Strain: Kehailan Dajani Stood: 15.1 hands Registrations: GSB #539 / AHSB #38 / AHR #604 He was purchased by WK Kellogg and exported to the USA in 1926 at the age of 18. Widely described as a 'peacock' with stupendous style and presence, he was a very highly strung and excitable horse of immense size with a metallic golden coat. He sired mostly colts many of whom were exported. He did very well in the USA siring 32 foals including the famous Farana. He also won various prizes in the showring including Reserve Arab Stallion Class at Ranelagh Show in 1921. He was put down on July 22nd 1937 due to the effects of old age.
