Naxina Grey Mare, foaled 1927 By Skowronek ex Nessima (Rijm-Narghileh) Bred by: Lady Wentworth, Crabbet Stud Strain: Kehaileh Dajanieh Registrations: GSB #860 / AHSB #421 In 1932, Lady Wentworth sold her to the well known pony breeder Mr Kent (along with Astrella). However, this was a ruse as she was at Hanstead under the ownership of Lady Yule within a week. It appears she was either repurchased or leased by Lady Wentworth later and produced some foals for Crabbet. She proved a wonderful broodmare and is most noted for her outstanding sons Grey Owl and Naseel.
