	Silver Sheen Grey Mare, foaled 1962 By Bright Shadow ex Silver Grey (Royal Diamond-Silver Gilt) Bred by: Mr Cecil Covey, Crabbet Stud Strain: Hamdanieh Simrieh Stood: 14.3 hands Registrations: GSB #1990 / AHSB #3690 A first foal, she was purchased by Mrs Iona Bowring when Crabbet was disbanded. She produced 17 foals, many of whom were excellent show winners. She won numerous championships in the showring including Junior Female Championship and Reserve Female Championship in 1963, Junior Female Championship and Female Championship in 1964, Reserve Broodmare Champion and Reserve Female Championship in 1967 and Broodmare Championship and Female Championship in 1969 and 1970.
