Zirree El Wada Grey Mare, foaled 1948 by Naseel ex Rose du Sable (Jaleel-Nisan) Bred by: Mrs SA Nicholson, Ireland Strain: Segalwieh Jedranieh Registration: AHSB #1388 It is unclear whether Lady Wentworth purchased, traded or leased Zirree El Wada. However, she was reportedly at Crabbet shortly before Lady Wentworth's death in 1957. Lady Wentworth is recorded as the breeder of her first foal Zeus II although it would appear that the mare returned to Mrs Nicholson shortly after he was foaled.
